The Weiler Stringer Bead Twist Wire Wheel is a professional wire brush designed for cleaning root and hot weld passes, removing weld contamination and reaching into corners, joints and other restricted areas.

Its narrow stringer-bead profile concentrates the brushing action into a controlled working area, while the twisted wire construction provides the rigidity required for demanding weld-cleaning and metal-preparation applications.

Available in 115mm, 125mm and 178mm sizes, the range is suitable for use on compatible right-angle grinders with a 22.2mm bore mounting system.

Its tightly twisted wire construction produces a strong and concentrated brushing action for removing weld scale, spatter, rust, corrosion and other surface contamination.

This is a bore-mounted wire wheel rather than an M14-threaded brush. It has a 22.2mm arbor hole and must be fitted using the correct flanges and mounting system for the machine.

STORAGE & HANDLING

Store in a clean, dry environment away from moisture, contamination and corrosive materials.

Do not exceed the maximum RPM stated on the individual brush or use the brush on a machine with an incompatible operating speed. Always use appropriate PPE, including safety glasses, gloves, suitable protective clothing and face protection.

Inspect the wire wheel before use and do not use brushes that are damaged, heavily worn, distorted or unbalanced. Always ensure the 22.2mm bore, fixing system, flanges, guard and machine speed are suitable for the selected brush diameter.
