WEILER - CRIMPED WIRE END BRUSH
The Weiler Crimped Wire End Brush is a compact and flexible wire brush designed for controlled cleaning, deburring and surface preparation within internal diameters, passages, recesses and other difficult-to-reach areas.
Its flexible crimped-wire construction provides consistent surface contact and is less aggressive than a knotted wire end brush. This makes it particularly suitable for detailed cleaning, light deburring and removing surface contamination without creating an unnecessarily harsh brushing action.
Supplied in a 25mm diameter with a 6mm stem, the Weiler Crimped Wire End Brush is designed for special-alloy applications and use with compatible drills, die grinders, straight grinders and industrial machinery.
PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The Weiler Crimped Wire End Brush provides a flexible and controlled brushing action for cleaning and deburring restricted metal surfaces.
Its crimped-wire construction allows the brush to follow internal contours and irregular profiles while maintaining consistent contact with the workpiece. This makes it ideal for removing light rust, corrosion, scale, residue and other surface contamination from holes, internal diameters, passages and recesses.
The compact 25mm diameter concentrates the brushing action onto a controlled working area while remaining flexible enough for detailed cleaning and surface preparation.
This version is designed for special-alloy applications. Always confirm that the wire specification is suitable for the particular material and contamination requirements of the workpiece.

RECOMMENDED APPLICATIONS
The Weiler Crimped Wire End Brush is ideal for cleaning internal diameters, holes, passages, recesses, grooves, corners and other difficult-to-reach areas.
Recommended applications include light rust removal, corrosion removal, scale removal, residue removal, controlled deburring and detailed metal-surface preparation.
Its compact profile and flexible crimped wire make the brush particularly suitable for cleaning machined components, fabricated assemblies, tools, moulds and internal metal surfaces where access and control are important.
Perfect for fabricators, machinists, engineering workshops, maintenance teams and metalworking professionals working with suitable special alloys.
Suitable for use with:
• Die grinders
• Right-angle die grinders
• Straight grinders
• Electric and pneumatic drills
• Drill presses
• CNC and milling machines
• Compatible automatic machinery
• Machines with a suitable chuck or collet for the 6mm stem
This brush is designed for special-alloy applications. Always check that the brush wire, workpiece material and required surface condition are compatible before use. Avoid using a brush that has previously been used on a different material where cross-contamination could affect the finished surface.
STORAGE & HANDLING
Store the Weiler Crimped Wire End Brush in a clean, dry environment away from moisture, contamination and corrosive materials.
Do not exceed the maximum RPM stated on the brush or use it with a machine operating at an incompatible speed. Always use appropriate PPE, including safety glasses, gloves, protective clothing and face protection.
Inspect the brush before use and do not use it if the wire, brush body or stem is damaged, heavily worn or distorted. Ensure the 6mm stem is correctly secured within a compatible chuck or collet before operating the machine.
Allow the brush to perform the cleaning action without applying excessive pressure. Excessive pressure can reduce brushing efficiency, cause the wire to bend unnecessarily and shorten the working life of the brush.
