The Rosver Wire Circular Brush range is designed for medium to heavy-duty brushing, surface cleaning, rust removal, paint removal, deburring and preparation work on steel and stainless steel surfaces.

Manufactured with crimped/wavy wire, these circular brushes provide an aggressive but controlled brushing action, making them ideal for use on stationary machines and bench grinders where reliable cleaning performance and long brush life are required.

Available in both Steel and INOX versions, the range allows users to select the correct brush depending on the material being worked.

Designed for medium to heavy brushing applications, these brushes offer long life, aggressive performance and high resistance during use. For best results, only the tips of the wire should make contact with the workpiece, allowing the brush to work efficiently without excessive pressure.

The Steel version is suitable for general steel and metal applications, while the INOX version is designed for stainless steel work where stainless wire is required.

STORAGE & HANDLING

Store in a dry environment away from moisture and contamination.

Do not exceed the stated maximum RPM of the brush or machine. Always use appropriate PPE including safety glasses, gloves and face protection.

Inspect brushes before use and do not use damaged, heavily worn or unbalanced brushes. For best performance, allow only the wire tips to contact the workpiece and avoid applying excessive pressure.
