The Rosver Twisted Knot End Brush range is designed for aggressive frontal cleaning, deburring, rust removal, scale removal and surface preparation in hard-to-reach areas.

Manufactured with twisted knot wire and supplied with a 6mm shaft, these brushes are ideal for use with compatible drills, die grinders and rotary tools where stronger brushing performance is required in smaller, recessed or awkward areas.

Available in both Steel and INOX versions, the range allows users to choose the correct brush depending on the material being worked.

The Rosver Twisted Knot End Brush is designed for frontal cleaning applications and for working in restricted areas where a stronger brushing action is needed.

The twisted knot wire construction provides a more aggressive and resistant brushing action than standard crimped wire end brushes, making these brushes ideal for descaling, cleaning, removing rust, oxidation, paint residue and light burrs from metal surfaces. Their compact end brush design makes them especially useful for cleaning holes, corners, recesses, internal areas and other difficult-to-reach sections.

The Steel version is suitable for general steel and metal applications, while the INOX version is designed for stainless steel work where stainless wire is required.

STORAGE & HANDLING

Store in a dry environment away from moisture and contamination.

Do not exceed the stated maximum RPM of the brush or machine. Always use appropriate PPE including safety glasses, gloves and face protection.

Inspect brushes before use and do not use damaged, heavily worn or unbalanced brushes. Always ensure the brush shaft size, machine speed and material application are suitable before use.
