The Rosver High Density Twist Knot Brush range is a heavy-duty wire brush solution designed for aggressive weld cleaning, rust removal, scale removal, residue removal and surface preparation on steel and stainless steel applications.

These brushes are particularly suited to pipeline, fabrication, engineering and maintenance environments where strong cleaning performance is required. The high-density filament construction provides a powerful brushing action while also making the brush effective for working into cracks, corners and hard-to-reach areas.

Available in Steel and selected INOX options, the range allows users to choose the correct brush depending on the material being worked.

PRODUCT OVERVIEW

The Rosver High Density Twist Knot Brush is designed for demanding brushing applications where strong cleaning performance, high resistance and controlled access are required.

Typically used for cleaning welds in the pipeline sector, these brushes are ideal for removing encrustations, rust, scale and residual plastic or rubber from metal surfaces. The thinner high-density filament construction provides excellent cleaning action and helps the brush work effectively into cracks, corners, weld areas and irregular surfaces.

These brushes are supplied with a 22mm bore and do not have an M14 thread. They are designed for use with compatible machines and the correct fixing system.

The Steel version is suitable for general steel and metal applications, while the INOX version is designed for stainless steel applications where stainless wire is required.

STORAGE & HANDLING

Store in a dry environment away from moisture and contamination.

Do not exceed the stated maximum RPM of the brush or machine. Always use appropriate PPE including safety glasses, gloves and face protection.

Inspect brushes before use and do not use damaged, heavily worn or unbalanced brushes. Always ensure the brush bore, fixing system, flanges and machine speed are suitable before use.
