The Rosver Single Row Twisted Knot Circular Brush range is designed for aggressive weld cleaning, rust removal, paint removal, scale removal, burr removal and general surface preparation on steel and stainless steel surfaces.

Manufactured with twisted knot wire, these brushes provide a strong brushing action for demanding applications where a more aggressive performance is required than crimped wire brushes. The single row design offers controlled contact with the workpiece, making it ideal for weld seams, edge work and targeted surface cleaning.

These brushes are supplied with a 22mm bore and do not have an M14 thread. They are designed for use with compatible machines and correct mounting systems.

STORAGE & HANDLING

Store in a dry environment away from moisture and contamination.

Do not exceed the stated maximum RPM of the brush or machine. Always use appropriate PPE including safety glasses, gloves and face protection.

Inspect brushes before use and do not use damaged, heavily worn or unbalanced brushes. Always ensure the brush bore, fixing system, flanges and machine speed are suitable before use.
