WEILER - KNOT END BRUSH
The Weiler Knot End Brush is a compact, heavy-duty wire brush designed for aggressive cleaning, deburring and surface preparation in holes, recesses, grooves and other difficult-to-reach metal areas.
Its hollow-ended knot wire construction provides powerful brushing performance with enough flexibility to maintain effective contact within restricted and irregular surfaces. This makes the brush particularly suitable for removing rust, corrosion, scale, weld residue and other stubborn contamination from areas that larger wire brushes cannot access.
Supplied in a 20mm diameter with a 6mm stem, the Weiler Knot End Brush is suitable for use with compatible drills, die grinders, straight grinders and industrial machinery.
PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The Weiler Knot End Brush provides a concentrated, heavy-duty brushing action for demanding metal cleaning and deburring applications.
Its knotted wire construction delivers the rigidity required for removing stubborn rust, corrosion, scale, deposits and weld contamination. The hollow-ended design also provides controlled flexibility, allowing the brush to work effectively within holes, internal diameters, passages, recesses and other restricted areas.
The compact 20mm brush diameter concentrates the cleaning action onto a small working area, making it ideal for precision cleaning and localised surface preparation.
This general-use version is intended for steel and other suitable ferrous-metal applications. It is supplied with a 6mm stem rather than an M14 threaded fitting.

RECOMMENDED APPLICATIONS
The Weiler Knot End Brush is ideal for cleaning holes, bores, grooves, passages, recesses, internal diameters and other difficult-to-reach metal areas.
Recommended applications include rust removal, corrosion removal, scale removal, weld cleaning, residue removal, heavy-duty deburring and localised metal-surface preparation.
The compact brush profile makes it particularly useful for cleaning components, fabricated assemblies, machined parts, tools, moulds and internal metal surfaces where access is restricted.
Perfect for welders, fabricators, machinists, engineering workshops, maintenance teams and metalworking professionals.
Suitable for use with:
• Die grinders
• Right-angle die grinders
• Straight grinders
• Electric and pneumatic drills
• Drill presses
• CNC and milling machines
• Compatible automatic machinery
• Machines with a suitable chuck or collet for the 6mm stem
This general-use steel-wire version is primarily intended for suitable steel and ferrous-metal applications. When working on stainless steel or special alloys, use a brush with an appropriate INOX or stainless-steel wire specification to help prevent surface contamination.
STORAGE & HANDLING
Store the Weiler Knot End Brush in a clean, dry environment away from moisture, contamination and corrosive materials.
Do not exceed the maximum RPM stated on the brush or use it with a machine operating at an incompatible speed. Always use appropriate PPE, including safety glasses, gloves, protective clothing and face protection.
Inspect the brush before use and do not use it if the wire, brush body or stem is damaged, heavily worn or distorted. Ensure the 6mm stem is correctly secured within a compatible chuck or collet before operating the machine.
Allow the brush to perform the cleaning action without applying excessive pressure. Excessive pressure can reduce brushing efficiency, increase wire fatigue and shorten the working life of the brush.
