The Inter Grind Surface Conditioning Powerfile Belt range is designed for cleaning, blending, deburring, finishing and surface preparation in narrow or hard-to-reach areas.

Manufactured from flexible non-woven X-Flex abrasive material, these belts provide a controlled surface conditioning action without aggressive material removal. They are ideal for refining surfaces, removing light marks, blending scratches and preparing metal before further finishing, painting or coating.

Available in Coarse, Medium and Very Fine grades, the range gives users a practical solution for everything from heavier surface preparation through to finer finishing work.

The Inter Grind Surface Conditioning X-Flex Powerfile Belt is designed for use with powerfile machines and narrow belt sanders where control, flexibility and access are important.

The non-woven abrasive structure allows the belt to conform to the workpiece, making it suitable for edges, profiles, contours, slots and detailed areas that are difficult to reach with wider abrasive belts or discs.

These belts are ideal for stainless steel, steel, aluminium and general metal applications where a consistent surface finish is required. They are particularly useful for blending previous grinding marks, cleaning oxidation, light deburring and preparing surfaces before final finishing.

STORAGE & HANDLING

Store in a dry environment away from moisture and contamination.

Ensure belts are fitted correctly and used only on compatible machines. Do not exceed the machine manufacturer’s recommended operating speed. Always use appropriate PPE including safety glasses, gloves and hearing protection. Inspect belts for damage before use.
