The Intergrind MAX Trimmable Zirconium Flap Disc combines premium zirconium grinding performance with a trimmable plastic backing, allowing more of the abrasive flaps to be utilised throughout the life of the disc.

The Intergrind MAX Trimmable Zirconium Flap Disc is a premium flap disc engineered for users who require high cutting performance, long service life and maximum use of the abrasive material.

Manufactured using premium zirconium abrasive grain, the disc delivers aggressive stock removal and dependable grinding performance on stainless steel (INOX) and general metals.

Unlike a conventional fibreglass-backed flap disc, this version uses a trimmable plastic backing plate. As the abrasive flaps wear down, the backing can be trimmed to expose additional unused abrasive material, helping maximise the usable life of the disc.

The layered flap construction provides smooth grinding, controlled material removal and a consistent finish throughout use.

STORAGE & HANDLING

Store flat in a clean, dry environment away from moisture and excessive heat.

Always use the disc within its stated maximum RPM and ensure it is correctly fitted to a compatible angle grinder.

When trimming the backing plate, only remove enough backing material to safely expose additional abrasive flap material and follow the product's recommended trimming procedure.

Always wear appropriate PPE including safety glasses or face protection, gloves and hearing protection. Inspect the disc before use and do not use damaged discs.
