Behind the Scenes at DPD Hub 4 in Hinckley
Recently, members of the International Abrasives team visited DPD Hub 4 in Hinckley for a guided tour of the facility and a behind-the-scenes look at what happens to our parcels after they leave our warehouse.

The visit gave our team the opportunity to follow the journey our shipments take through the DPD network—from arriving at the hub to being sorted and prepared for delivery.
Seeing the scale, technology and organisation behind the operation provided a valuable insight into the work involved in delivering thousands of parcels accurately and efficiently.
For our team, it was particularly useful to see what happens beyond our own warehouse. Every order passes through several important stages before it reaches the customer, and each one plays a part in providing a dependable service.
