INTER GRIND MAX - SURFACE CONDITIONING FLAP DISCS
The Inter Grind Surface Conditioning Flap Disc range is a high-end abrasive finishing solution designed for cleaning, blending, deburring, satin finishing and surface preparation across stainless steel, steel, aluminium and general metal applications.
Manufactured using premium non-woven surface conditioning material, these discs provide a controlled finishing action without aggressive material removal. They are ideal for users who need a consistent, professional finish while reducing the risk of gouging or damaging the base material.
Available in 115mm and 125mm sizes, and in Coarse, Medium and Very Fine grades, the range allows users to choose the correct level of aggression or finish depending on the application.
PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The Inter Grind Surface Conditioning Flap Disc is designed for use with angle grinders where controlled cleaning, blending and finishing performance is required.
The non-woven flap construction allows the disc to conform to the workpiece, helping produce a consistent finish on flat surfaces, edges, contours and shaped components. Unlike traditional grinding or flap discs, surface conditioning flap discs are designed to refine and prepare the surface rather than remove large amounts of material.
The Coarse grade is ideal for heavier cleaning, surface preparation and light deburring. The Medium grade is suited to general blending, scratch refinement and surface conditioning. The Very Fine grade is designed for finer finishing, satin finishing and final surface refinement.
As a high-end quality product within the Inter Grind range, these discs are ideal for professional metal finishing environments where finish quality, control and consistency are important.
