INTER GRIND - SURFACE CONDITIONING SLEEVES

The Inter Grind Surface Conditioning Sleeve range is designed for cleaning, blending, finishing and surface preparation on stainless steel, steel, aluminium and general metal surfaces.

Manufactured from low stretch non-woven surface conditioning material, these sleeves provide a controlled abrasive action while helping produce a consistent finish across tubes, profiles, flat surfaces and fabricated components.

Available in Coarse, Medium and Very Fine grades, the range allows users to select the correct finish depending on the application, from heavier surface preparation through to finer blending and finishing.

STORAGE & HANDLING

Store in a dry environment away from moisture and contamination.

Ensure the sleeve is fitted securely to a compatible expanding drum before use. Do not exceed the machine manufacturer’s recommended operating speed. Always use appropriate PPE including safety glasses, gloves and hearing protection. Inspect sleeves for damage before use.
